Two owners, both graduates from renowned Brooks Institute of Photography, with over 25 years of professional photographic and marketing experience, lead LOOK.

Eric Hernandez, is positioned as Chief Creative Officer and Lead Photographer, and heads the visual department, handling all aspects of camera and assignment production design, producing the image that LOOK is known for.

Jonathan Thomas is positioned as the Chief Operating Officer and leads the team’s internal operations, postproduction, and digital processing. Jonathan handles all aspects of client relations, project management, and digital workflow.
